Orange Broadband Dongle Help

i have on of those orange mobile broadband dongle things and it doesn't work with my macbook, i rang orange customer services and they are, well their ***** to be honest, they didn't have a clue what i was on about, so any help setting this thing up would be great

i managed to get it sorted in the end and for others who want to know just get this

I also couldn't get my Orange Broadband Dongle to work on my Mac. I used the link for Macs and now everything is working perfectly. Thanks

can I ask what mac you have I think mine is too old otherwise I'd buy an orange device
