Orange Fair Usage Policy??

Hi guys, done all the usual searching and can't find my answer so hoping someone can help.

I am on a 2 year Orange contract with my new iPhone 4 (love it!!!) and the fair usage policy on the data is 750mb/month. Does anyone know if this is uploads and downloads, or just downloads? Want to know if I am safe to upload my gorgeous HD movies 😀
