They usually charge card at the time of shipment. They do a pre-auth at the time of sale.

Chase is weird in my experience... but this could be Apple hasn't gotten to ours yet. My guess is that it's Chase not Apple....at least that's what I think. Chase was hacked recently. However, they were the ones who sent me multiple emails and updated their App telling people to use Apple Pay.

Got confirmation email from Apple show delivery on the 19th, but my card only shows a $1.00 charge pending charge from Apple. Does that still mean I am good?

Yep. That's just a check to make sure it's a valid card. They will do the real charge when their computers have time to catch up.

I am getting a little worried as I first placed an order for an iPhone 6 64GB Space Gray on AT&T website with the AT&T Next plan. Completed purchase and got the confirmation page that the order was complete. Still no confirmation email.

I then put in a separate order for work for an iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Space Gray on AT&T website as well. Bought it contract free. Completed purchase and got the confirmation page that the order was complete. I received a confirmation email within 10 minutes of completion.

Why would my second order get a confirmation email, but not the first one? Also how do you go on AT&T's website to see your orders to make sure they are there?
