Two failed online attempts at ATT.com, never got confirmation/submit page so I went to a store and got a preorder. Two days later one of the failed online attempts processed in "the cloud" and I had two orders on my account. 1.5 hours of customer service later they cancelled it. Today I got a call from the fraud department to ask why i ordered two and had to explain all over again. She was very understanding...."There has been a lot going on these last few days, been really busy" She wouldn't say what the consequences would be for duplicate orders that ship out to people. So if you got two on one account, look for a call from AT&T fraud dept soon.
