So I used the apple website on my phone to use the education store and selected in store pickup so I can go get it today.

I placed my order and did my Apple Card installments (paying it off next week when we get our tax return back anyways). It went through, everything shows up, my card shows the installments. Got my email, however, when I open the Apple Store app now. My order shows up but I can’t view it upon clicking it says

“Your order does not match the Apple ID that is currently signed in. Please view your order details on apple.com.”

How though? I literally am signed into the account since I had to use my Apple Card.

Anyone have this issue in the past? Will this also have issues with apple care that I purchased with it? I’ll ask at the store to confirm but I know sometimes they aren’t always correct.

I bought a MacBook Pro years ago from them, then purchased apple care separately about a week later and got told “it was purchased too late” according to the system and was a hassle then to correct it.
 
You need to look up your order on Apple.com, it won't work on the App if you bought it through the EDU or Military Store because the App doesn't have that capability to access those stores.

Ahh that makes sense. Will that mess up apple care at all?

Just got the email it’s ready! Can’t wait. My old Mac mini was an old core 2 duo in 2006 lol.

I agree with the above poster, best bet is to log onto the official apple website and check on your order

Also, in a couple of days you can recheck the Apple Store app to see if any changes have occurred since it could've just needed to be updated

Since Apple isn’t charging you any interest, you can put that refund in a high yield savings account and make a couple bucks. There should be no rush to pay off 0% financing.

So if i want to buy with the education disccount I have use the apple website on my phone?
