iPhone 12 Pro Order status down?

Trying to look up my order in the Apple Store app and it says orders are not available at this time. Can anyone confirm it’s happening to them to so I don’t start to worry it’s a problem with my order/account specifically? Thanks!

It's intermittently available. Everyone is hammering it for their order status.

The app is not showing recent orders or whatsoever.
Panicked. 😂🥴 I thought Apple cancelled my order then went on Apple store website to check. Order Status is unchanged. Card transaction remains pending.

Mine has even disappeared from the 'For You' section in the app. Mine is not due till next Wednesday anyway so I am not worried about it, still might be cancelling it anyway.

I had requested that Apple put a stop shipment ticket in for mine since I decided I wanted to go for a Max instead, and when I saw it disappear in the Apple Store app I hoped that meant the stop shipment order had gone through, but it sounds like it’s just an apple store issue. Disappointing.

My order is no longer showing in the app, but I went to the Apple website and it shows that it was shipped and had the tracking information.

Shows up for me on the website, along with Tracking info. I ordered two for my parents and am awaiting them tomorrow. Waiting to order the wife her 12 Pro Max on Nov 6th.

I can see mine and I can see the orders and tracking in UPS

I think they are starting to fully process orders i.e. charging cards because the gift cards I used to purchases devices are now reading $0. It's happening.

my verizon order still says its clear accross the country im starting to get worried it might be delayed
