I am enjoying my watch for 2 days now and still no charge on my credit card !!!
I have received the invoice from the apple store so I have no doubt that it was paid (Apple wouldn't have sent it for free
) but I can't believe how slow our banking system can be compared to other countries (my bank is LCL). I know today is a bank holiday but the charge should have occured 3 days ago...Card charged!
My Amex card was finally charged 10 minutes ago!! Nothing has changed in my order status in the Apple Store, but hopefully this means that something is moving!!

It seems that Apple is shipping that model to the buyers who ordered between late xx:05 and xx:06 in the US, Canada and Australia; late xx:05 to early xx:07 in the UK; xx:03 in Germany (and France I guess).

I just read on another site (Mac4Ever) that a guy got charged for his 42 mm SG AWS 3 days ago and should receive it today or tomorrow. His confirmation time was :05

It seems he was talking about his Stainless Steel 42mm Black Sport Band.
I think we are in the same situation than US : 42mm SS black band still processing.
