ordered 38mm blue sport yesterday, shipping now

My blue 38mm sport ordered on the evening of April 23rd in the US is still processing. (My 38mm SG ordered at 7am on launch also still processing--curious to see which one ships first).

Speaking of being patient, I have a question: If I have "order status" notifications enabled on the iPhone store app, does "preparing for shipment" constitute a status change that would trigger a notification? I vaguely recall not getting one in the past until the order actually shipped.

I don't think so. I have that enabled in my phone as well, and I just received a text and an email that my watch had shipped, but nothing from the app itself.

Thanks. That's what I thought. Back to 'patiently' checking order status every hour. ;)

yes. but keep in mind, I tried to get a blue 38mm last Thursday when they were moving quick, but I must have got to it too late, because as of Monday (the 27th), it hadn't moved from processing. So I cancelled the Blue 38mm and ordered green 38mm since those were moving. So, not sure if you were too late or if you see movement today.

I like the green band a lot. But that's the combo I wanted from the beginning (see my avatar). The SG watch with green band (and keeping the black band for work / going out).
 
i ordered my SG 42mm sport on the 23rd and its still processing. ordered my wifes 42mm silver sport white band on the 25th hers is saying set to be delivered may14-25. she laughed at me.
 
I am talking to CS and they are saying that there is still a 2 watch limit, I am wondering if only the first two watches on order will ship before the rest on the account.
 
Put in for 2 38mm watches on 4/27 (one green cause it was moving and one white)

Still Nada... Not even a re-estimated date. Just says June.

Apple hates me. :(
 
Ordered my 38mm sport blue band on April 24th about 12 noon cst and I'm still processing. With a date of May 21-june4 estimated delivery time. Sucks seeing people getting 2 or 3 watches before most people get one. :(

That's great. I ordered my 42 Blue on the 24th after hearing that Blues were moving quickly. I know it was mostly 38s that were shipping next day but it is good to see movement on a 42. I am hoping by some miracle to receive mine by Friday but I know the chance is slim. I am in California by the way.

Same situation for me. I had a 42mm SG Sport ordered on 4/13 but decided I would rather have the 38mm (mainly because I am having hard enough time justifying $349 much less $399), so cancelled the 42mm on the 27th and ordered a 38mm. Both watches said June, so don't know that I gained anything shipping wise in the change. The only problem I have is the more I think about these things the more I lean towards not buying them, so who knows I will probably end up canceling the 38mm order eventually unless it hurries up and gets here. Beginning to think it just isn't meant for me to own an Apple Watch.

I think the green 38mm stopped being quick about two hours before I ordered one on Monday. (1PM Mountain Time.) I feel like a cat chasing a laser light...every time I think I've caught it, it moves...
