ordered 38mm blue sport yesterday, shipping now

As far as I understand, you can only swap for something that was a default configuration. So with the silver aluminum body you can only swap for white, blue, green or pink bands.

They may not have known it. It seems that the extended shipping windows were based on an algorithm that proved a bit cautious. For some reason, supply of the blue sport band seems to exceed demand, while for most everything else it was the other way around.
 
Ordered yesterday, a 38 Sport in white, and was totally prepared to wait until June, and this morning I check and my order is being prepared as well.

Now instead of being happy, this made me totally anxious and I want it NOW.:D
 
Ordered 38 blue sport 4/24 1130am ET

I'll let yall know when/if it changes from processing...I also have a 38 pink sport "processing" from 3:03 4/10.... 4/24-5/8 delivery window ....Luckily I have a friend that lives nearby that sent me videos of his unboxing :)

Tell me about it. They changed my status from processing to preparing for shipment 3 hours ago. My card has just been charged, but the ship date still says June.

First world problems.

Obviously, I have no insider connection to Apple, so I can't be certain. But I don't believe they will charge you an insane amount of time before it ships. Yes, some had the charge for days this week, but that was because the orders were embargoed until 4/24.

I could be wrong, but I think those who get "preparing for shipment" at this point will see more movement very soon. Have any of you in that stage tried tracking by reference?
 
i tried tracking by reference through UPS and fedex and found nothing listed under my phone number.

I ordered a 38 SS Blue Sport yesterday at 11:19amPT, and it changed to prepared to ship around 10am today. I am in the Bay Area so maybe I will get it this weekend or early next week? No tracking yet.
My SG is still processing that I ordered on 4/10...
Would welcome any info on how long from prepared to ship to tracking and actually shipping/receiving folks get. :cool:

thanks for the update. I ordered a 38mm Blue last night around 630pm CDT. I'm hoping I'll have an update later tonight. I do see a charge on my Apple Pay for $377.xx today, don't remember seeing that ever for the SG I ordered on 4/10.

What time did you guys order and where are you located? I ordered a 38mm White Sport around 12 yesterday and I'm stuck in processing hell. I'm in California. :eek:

Apples big mistake was thinking only 1:4 orders for sport would be space grey.. Just because it only has 1 band color.. Clearly someone dropped the ball here. They should of anticipated at least
50% black:
25% white:
8% pink
8% green
8% blue

perfect? No, but much more realistic.

I ordered a 38mm Sport silver with blue band yesterday. The confirmation email was received at 1:35pm EST. At 11:30am, the status changed to 'preparing for shipping.' My credit card was charged about 3 hours later. No other updates.

Ordered from Upstate NY.

I ordered the same thing at 4 pm EST, and I'm still stuck in processing. I don't get it. Is it because of location? I'm in NC. :confused:
 
I have a 38mm SG Sport and 42mm SG Sport that I ordered at 3:10AM 4/10 that haven't moved. (and say it's for June...)

Decided to place an order for this Blue band (38mm) and see what happens
 
Just chiming in to say that I also ordered a 38mm blue sport yesterday after seeing this thread. Ordered around noon Eastern and it's now preparing for shipment. Blue was actually my second choice--and I prefer the silver watch to the space grey--so this feels like a win-win for me. I'll cancel my space grey order as soon as this puppy ships! :cool:

Now debating whether to swap the band for a black sport (which I wanted originally) or get the milanese loop. I like the blue band for working out but can't see myself wearing it all day.

ours could have shipped and there is just a delay in the system

had this with my charger it shipped the day before it was updated in the system. who knows though in this case :confused:
 
Got my 42 mm Sports with Green Band. Ordered on 4/10 3:07 AM.

Now awaiting shipment notification for 38 mm sports with blue band....
