Ordered a Mac Mini but…..

I finally ordered a Mac mini after considering one for years. The expected date for it is June 18th. What if they announce a M5 Mini in early June? Will they cancel my m4 order and thus I’ll just have to order again for an m5 or will they still ship me an m4 two weeks later?

It’s not a big deal to me either way just something I was thinking about. Plus, this will be used as strictly a desktop internet surfing device so I’m not concerned, yes I still prefer a full size kb, mouse and monitor over a phone and laptop for many internet things.

Nope... you will have to cancel the order if it hasn't been delivered yet, or send it back under the 30-day return policy if the M5 comes out.

However, I think that if all you do is use the internet, you will be fine with the M4 for a number of years.
