Ordered a rMBP yesterday and now a bit worried - advice?

    So, yes, I ordered a 15" rMBP yesterday without fully reading up on the prospect of a refresh coming today.

    Although it's been more than 24 hours since ordering, I still haven't received any email about it being dispatched (although they have taken payment). I don't have the option to cancel the order as the Apple Store is now down. If there is an update to the rMBP line today, is there any chance that I'll get the newer model, or any discount on the older one? Wishful thinking, perhaps. Otherwise, could I take the old model into a store to change it?

    Call them up immediately, depending how far along the process it is, you may be able to cancel.

    I'd cancel it, if its not too late and see what today brings.

    Just called and was able to cancel.
