Boy, Apple is really good at the upsell. I ordered an 8GB/1TB MacBook Pro on the 22d, and delivery time is estimated as 26 Jan - 2 Feb, 2020. After I saw in this forum that the 16GB RAM model might be available for pickup at the Apple Store, I cancelled that order and picked up my new computer two hours later. Having it in my hands a month sooner is worth US$240 to me.

Same but opposite for me. I talked myself into getting 1 TB SSD over 512 GB SSD just so I can get it sooner 😆
