Ordered Early June 15th , iPhone still has not shipped.......

i just dont get it..... i ordered at 530 am est and my phone still has NOT shipped.....

i am seeing people post who ordered laster that day who have shipped ( def happy for you guys) but what the heck is going on here....

on the att website it is still showing backordered, and every rep i spoke to said this doesn't mean anything and the phone will still get to me on the 24th.....

i am panicking here, anyone else have this same story?????
 
I do not recall reading on here anything about shipping and AT&T (although I may just not have read them). The ones that are being shipped are the ones ordered from Apple.
 
Actually, the bulk of the shipment notifications are going to those who ordered from Apple. I've only seen one from an AT&T customer. So don't worry, your time will come!

I feel ya... I just want to know when it's going to ship... It SHOULD be the 24th.. but I want them to tell me. (Well.. really, I want it just to be here... but knowing the delivery date would be a good consolation prize. ;)
 
I would only start worrying on Tuesday if nothing changes. I ordered two through Apple and one of them has shipped, while the other one "has not" (even though I found it on FedEx's website). It is officially supposed to be shipped tomorrow.

It's very likely yours has not shipped yet b/c its in a US warehouse. I was in your position last year -- ordered a GS the second it was available to preorder. My order did not ship until the Tuesday before launch (Friday) and when it did it was via UPS from Texas, which is 3 delivery days from me.

i was also concerned because it took 2 days to process...

i ordered the 15th and the regular att website said i ordered on the 17th( i ordered through premier)

the att site says my phone is on backorder but the different people i spke to at att said this did not mean it was on back order
 
I'm concerned because the 32GB I ordered first from Apple is still "not yet shipped," yet the 16GB I ordered an hour later is already shipped with a FedEx tracking number (it's in transit from Lantau Island, Hong Kong as of this writing). Also, my other 16GB ordered from AT&T Premier is still "Processing."

Luckily, I still have two 16GB reservations at my local Apple store, so worst-case scenario, I'll end up with three 16GB iPhones instead.

I'm in the exact same situation. My 16GB has been shipped, but my 32GB, "Has not yet shipped." I have two 32GB iP4's reserved at my local Apple store as well.

my premier att order didnt ship either, its processing. i ordered 130 pm est
i also ordered a 32 gig

I wouldn't sweat it. My wife's 3GS shipped on the 18th last year from Georgia, delivered on the 19th to Maryland. If I remember last year, all AT&T phones shipped from the US, not China.
 
With AT&T there is no telling what their procedure is. I have always ordered from Apple. I know some people said that they spoke to ATT CSR and were told that they would receive an email, with tracking, when their phone shipped. But some of those same people have not received any notification, but have managed to track their orders through Fedex anyway. Maybe ATT is still trying to catch up from all their pre orders that they are farther behind than we realize.

I am hoping that since it sounds like the bulk of MR has ordered through Apple that my AT&T ordered Iphone will be here on Thursday.:rolleyes:
