And now my 38mm sport says 1 day left on delivery and that it's currently in Ontario, CA while my 42mm sport still says "Processing Items" with a June window.

I ordered a 38mm sport silver with blue band around noon and my status still says 'processing.' No charge on credit card. I guess this launch day is a bust for me.

I ordered a white sport 38 today and received an apple pay notification for the full amount on my amex. Still processing, but it looks like it charged so maybe it will ship. Who knows.
