I am using windows 7 RC 64-bit and when I tried to sync my ipod shuffle it would freeze and then not sync. I ordered a replacement using the warranty and then I send back my old ipod and they charged $69.00 to my credit card saying they would refund once they got the other ipod.
I got the replacement iPod today and it also does not sync with my computer. Now that I know that its not the ipod but my computer will they not refund the $69.00. What Should I do?
