janee24 ... i don't want to get you paranoid, but here is my story. you may want to call customer service.
I ordered within an hour of launch, but never received a confirmation email (though I could check order status online, and it said "Processing"). I called today, and was told my order was held up pending their credit verification process. They asked me 4 questions (mortgage amt, lender, car loan amt, lender). After this, they said my order was approved and the order would now go to automated processing. The CSR told me this likely meant I would not have mine shipped in the first batch. Why didn't they tell me more information was needed?? Why didn't the order status say anything about me needing to call?? Ugh.
It really looks like the ball was dropped on my order, and now I'll be at the back of the line, despite me ordering correctly as soon as it launched.
Very disappointed.
