Ordering Caze Thin Edge with prepaid Visa?

I've been trying to order this case since last Friday and keep having problems with this Green Dot card. These things are terrible.

They just told me I can't use it because it's a foreign transaction since they're based out of Hong Kong.

My question: Does anyone know a way around this or an American reseller?

Any advice would be awesome.
