They will put your cash money into their Apple gift card then swap it to purchase your iPhone. That's for Apple store tho. I don't know about carriers store.

Nope usually 2 per person or credit card, and not per household.

I doubt they will limit it to one per customer. I somehow doubt component shortages will affect supplies this time around 😉

2 per customer is usually the done deal, I know a few people who ordered more then one iPhone 4 from Apple last year and received both no problems.
