Organize iPhone apps on PC?

Made the switch from a 7 to 8 and among the many regrets already, with the forced iTunes upgrade, I see they've removed the option to organize iPhone apps on a PC. Is there 3rd party software that allows this to be done on a PC instead of tediously doing so one by one on the phone itself?
