Organizing program

I am looking for a program that acts like a RSS feed where I can get news. Now what I want for this program to do is to enable me to organize them. Such as using this program I will have a section devoted to the United States, a sub-section would be Sarah Palin or Barack Obama and other sub-sub categories underneath. A program that will allow me to organize them by a category I have created, it can be mac pc or internet based or all three. Anyone have any ideas?
