Original iPhone Unlock by AT&T

does anyone know if AT&T would unlock also the original iPhone? I know there are some easy methods to unlock this phone but I like the factory unlock.

I can only find iphone 3G an newer for unlocks.

Yes, I just had AT&T unlock a first-generation iPhone I had laying around as a spare last month. As long as your account meets their unlock requirements, they should do this for you without any issues.

okay thanks. I don`t have an account or a invoice. I bought the iphone on ebay years ago! I think I`ll go for a ebay unlock.
