Original max Vs Current max NTB

My NTB MacBook Pro has an original max of 4790 but a current max of 4721. It fluctuates a bit but the reason I'm concerned is because the one I had before this (retuned for other reasons) had about 4850. Is is just software inaccuracy? Im using battery health 2
