This just reminds me of how services continue to be Apple's achilles heel. Which is a shame since there is so much potential there

What is a shame? That people are leaving ? Change is a good thing. Siri and AI need to grow.

Being that I'm a 30 year customer I can say with a certainty that services have ALWAYS been the "Achilles" heel of Apple Computer.

But I can say for the most part they are running better today then say 5 years ago and they operate a lot more of them now.

Given Apple's EXPLOSIVE growth to ONE BILLION DEVICES in the marketplace I'm one of the VERY FEW that remembers this as a VERY TINY Company --that it once was -- perspective in the scheme of things. I think the only "Achilles heel" Apple suffers from is some of the old timers at Apple that still "think" it's that tiny little company.

Enjoy the big fat signing bonus and golden parachute. Entertain the career stuff shirts in New York with stories of Cupertino and parties over at Steve's house. Get a handful of products out and don't let the envy of the creases get to you. Drive an Audi or BMW.

From what I understand piecing together various reports on different issues, this infighting all boils down to one thing: privacy.

This sounds logical. Honestly privacy is what holds back Siri and iOS. It just won't have the functionality and personal helpful tools that sneaky Android does.

Speaks volumes when a technology limited company, Amazon, developed 'Alexa', works, and is useful in one year or less.
