I have a friend with an iPhone and iPad. Neither device is currently set up to backup to iCloud as we turned the option off on both. Further, we deleted the backup sets of both the iPhone and iPad from those devices.

However, when logging into iCloud.com, there is still ~2gb being taken by backups. An orphaned backup set if you will. Is there a way to delete that data and reclaim the space?
