OS 10.3 Finder Issues

I have just reiistalled os 10.3 on my ibook. Now the finder continously starts, and restarts. I tried creating another users account but the finder did the same thing in the new account. Please Help😕

Make sure you repair permissions. Although you just installede it there still might be some problems

Why did you reinstall? Did you have this problem in your last install? What else do you have installed (theme changers and hacks in particular)?
