OS 15 crashed FCPX when attempting to use new captions option

When attempting to use the new captions open FCPX immediately crashes.
Mac Air M1
 
Will most likely be due to some shoddy plugin or some other installation.

Try both removing any additional plugins from your "Motion Templates" folder and deleting the preferences by starting Final Cut Pro while holding the ⌥ and ⌘ keys.
