I want to get a Mac this June but I heard Leopard is coming out in October. Will Apple have some kind of an upgrade program like Microsoft where users who hav e purchased a mac a few months before Leopard's release will receive a free upgrade to Leopard?

What do you guys advise me to do?

    thanks

If you can wait. Wait. If you cant, dont. You wont get anything from Apple unless you buy Tiger on the launch day of Leopard and then cause a stink about it.

I think they usually give 8 days to buy a machine before the next OS comes out for free upgrades :)

Wow 8 days is a short time. I wished it was now because I really need a laptop (right now) and don't want to pay extra for leopard later on.

It should start now =) lol.
