Are you gonna update the thread whenever people post "little things" or make it a wiki?

It's been a while since I've done this (I think I did the 10.9* one), but I'm committed to updating it. How would I make a Wiki page for it?

This is a preview I am going to skip this time. I will wait for the full release. Let me say thank you for everyone that uploads new little (and big) changes for the OS. Please post a lot of pictures. It is better to see the change/feature/etc with a picture than just text!

Not in OS X. Which somewhat bothers me, but oh well. Maybe next year?

Not noticed anything major yet but jesus on a velociraptor it's snappy as hell, all of the animations have gone turbo! (i5 MBP 2012).

EDIT:Actually, have just noticed this, my HD4000 memory access has increased beyond 1GB although it does still say Yosemite for some reason!!![IMG]

This is exactly what i had hoped for! A more snappy OS! Not sure i can force myself to wait for the public beta in July or if i will pay out for a developer membership...

Everything now feels buttery smooth on a stock retina iMac. Happy days! Transparency makes it slightly less so, but I don't like that on anyway.

They've also dramatically sped up the animation duration for the fullscreen mode transition, which is SOOOO much better.

    And mDNSResponder remains too :)

Super happy to have a stability and performance focused release!

Beachball icon has changed too but I can't make it re-appear to get a screen grab atm.

Ah that looks nice. Disk Utility has been mostly unchanged for quite a while now.

Good to know. I have the same machine, but with an SSD and 16GB RAM. Do you have an SSD? I can't freaking wait for the public beta!

Does Notes & Reminders sync over iCloud drive rather than CalDAV and IMAP now, like those rumours suggested?

I'd like to know this, too. iCloud would be a bad deal for me. I want to use CalDAV and IMAP. But I think apple is not so stupid and cancels CalDAV and IMAP support. Many companies need this protocols and it's a plus for OS X and iOS to support that with the default apps.
