OS X and iOS will become one

    The proof is in Lion:

    Launch Pad; Launch Pad will eventually replace the dock and become the main screen, just like iOS.

    In App Purchases: IAPs, originally an iOS feature, IAPs have made their way to OS X.

    So its only a matter of time until Apple merges iOS into OS X, and that won't probably be until OS X hits 11.0.

    OSX and iOS have effectively been fraternal twins since Leopard. Nothing new.
