I got this B-only (which I'm fine with) USB dongle. Its a D-Link DWL-122. Where do I download the drivers and all for it to work with OS-X.? I'm running leopard by the way.

What Mac do you have? How old is it? You probably have the best luck searching d link's site.

Here ya go!

Also, the DWL-122 also had really sucky Mac support when first released. Not sure if this driver is much of an improvement. Also, it is posted PowerPC and may not work at all on an Intel Mac. However, all Intel Macs ship with AirPort by default except for the Mac Pro.

😛 Its not a Mac. And I have Intel.

Anyways, if I do get a driver for it, How do I go about installing it on OS-X seeing as how I don't have internet?

So, basically, a hackintosh? LOL!

Since support for this device was dropped years ago by D-Link, you're not likely gonna be able to find a driver that works well with it for your hackintosh. Drivers written for Jaguar/Panther (PPC) don't always get along with Intel-based Leopard installations.

You can also try using one of those all-in-one 3rd party driver sets that may support that device.

Okay, what if I find a driver, how do I get it onto my "Mac"

ummm

Assuming that if you want to use this wi-fi device you have an access point nearby, so you can just plug in you Hack via Ethernet.

Or download it on another machine?
