... If we're talking about Machine Supplied OS Discs, CPU Drop-In and other Upgrade discs, then yes, Apple indeed does and has used "crude verification practices".
Um-m-m-m, no. The grey discs that ship with all new Mac are not "Machine Supplied OS Discs," whatever that means. They are System Restore discs. They are not designed to install an OS on your computer. Your computer ships with an OS preinstalled. The discs contain a copy of this OS and all standard bundled software. System Restore discs are designed to do exactly what their names imply. Your computer's System Restore disc is intended to restore your system to its as shipped state. It may also contain uninstalled optional software.

as you can see on:

So I still do not know what to do!
I am really stuck in this issue....

I concur that I am wrong about one thing. The Snow Leopard disk you link to is still able to install from scratch on your computer (the latest version being 10.6.3 AFAIK). Don't take my word for it as obviously I am just a noob and my wealth of experience servicing Apple computers for over 20 years means nothing in these forums.

However, if you do buy that disk, be warned that your bundled software (iPhoto, iDVD, GarageBand, iWeb and iMovie) will not be included and since you don't have the original discs for your machine, you won't be able to install them. If you require any of those, then I suggest either purchasing the original disks for your model (as previously posted) or buying the "Mac Box Set" from Apple.

Solved

I went to the store and had me leopard installed.
Afterwards they told me, the snow-leopard-disc is a full version - not an upgrade. You can install it without system too.
Mal is right though!
Do not believe what others tell you!
