With OS X developer account do you get access to previous flavored of OS?
I mean 10.10.4 .3 older?

No. Just current and pre-release future.

May I inquire? Why would you want older, no longer maintained (less secure) operating systems?
They may be available elsewhere.

I have several older machines (and Operating Systems too)

I have only recently moved from Mavericks to Yosemite on the main unit.

It have Leopard and newer, but not each x.x."."
