OS X Dictionary in other languages

Hi, how can I activate other languages in my Mac's Dictionary? I would like to activate Spanish, Portuguese and German. I have Leopard.

As I am a german native speaker I can recommend you the plugin beolingus:

And the german open thesaurus:

No idea about spanish and portuguese, sorry.

I wonder why the OS X isn't loaded with that already? Am I missing something?
