Hi, I used to be able to drag a document (ie, Pdf document) right onto the Acrobat shortcut on the dock and it would open up for me. Now I drag the document (not only Acrobat, but Word, Excel, etc) to the program which I have on the dock and it doesn't open it. Is that in the dock preferences or finder preferences? Any Ideas??

this is built into the OS itself, not an option you can choose

try reparing permissions to see if that helps. but it could be another issue altogther
