Ok....Something worked ...for now...
I've had fewer issues within update than many folks on this site....But did have some slowdown issues with Safari and Mail...
So....I did, probably a classic New-be maneuver ......I just reloaded the 10.11.3 download right over the original download.....
Now Safari and mail are blindingly fast and stable....
Anybody else tied this????
