OS X El Capitan Font not showing up in Apps Help.

So I installed OS X El Capitan and now my font in my Font Book are not in the list in MS Word or Illustrator CS6. I can drag and drop fonts into adobe font folder but that is a drag!

How can I have my apps see installed fonts once again? Help.
