OS X in The Truman Show

I was flipping channels and came across The Truman Show on TBS tonight and they showed a shot the production team using OS X. The movie came out in 98, was OS X out then, or were they using a prototype?? Just thought it was interesting.

The "Special" in the top Menu Bar is the dead give away- that was only used in the *Classic Operating Systems that had Eject and other special options...

Also if you look real close you can see that the Apple Logo (In the upper-left hand corner, is layered or colored...

And biggest point of all... WHERE'S the AQUA?

My bad, your obviously right, when i saw it I could have sworn it was a solid color apple, thats why I thought it was, oh well, thanks for clearing that up.
