When recovering over the Internet, what version of the OS downloads? For example, do you get a base version of ML and then have to perform a bunch of updates? Or do you get the newest version with the updated integrated?

I've been trying to find out but so far, my Google-Fu is turning up nothing.

If you wait for at least 24 hours after initial OSX update, you will get the latest version (along with updates).

Be sure to check the version listed in the AppStore.

Thanks. Everything I could find talked about how it worked but didn't say anything about what version you would get.

The App Store already has the latest 10.8.3. Like AngelOfSoul said, it usually comes out within a day or so.

That's a really nice feature, because who wants to download 10.8 and go through the upgrade to 10.8.3 immediately after?
