OS X Language?

Hi folks,

Is it possible to change the OS X language from Spanish to English without re-installing the OS?

I'm obviously talking about the whole OS language, not just the keyboard.

In System Preferences>International. Then put English at the top of the list.

Most things would change, but not everything.
