Same problem here

Just updated the OS and my course book for a university is completely wacked out. It's affecting several fonts for me. Tw Cen MT and Capitals to name a few.

How does Apple always ignore their own programs? I desperately need a fix for this.

Update

Go to your user library by holding Option for the Go menu in Finder. In Preferences, delete everything labelled Apple.com.iWorks Pages. There were 4 files. I deleted them and relaunched Pages. The TOC for my book is still screwy, but the main fonts are fine.
