Anyone know if there are two distinct Command buttons, as interpreted by OS X? If so, I'm hoping Apple lets us change the shortcut, as some third-party keyboards may just implement two 'LeftCommand' or 'RightCommand' keys instead of one of each (I know they do this for Shift keys sometimes).

It's probably going to be two consecutive Cmd presses, and not two different keys at the same time...just like pressing the Home button twice on iOS - yep, just another iOSification coming to your Mac.

Yeah I can't wait for Apple to announce the dictation feature. "It's a great new thing and will be available only on 2012 Macs and up." and then we'll get to hear their EXCELLENT reason for it being ONLY new Macs, "because *insert new processor name here* is so sophisticated that only Macs with this equipped can run such a thing" while we go and hack and run it on one of their G3 processors.... (that was an exaggeration, but I think you get the point.)

That would be... interesting. They'll have to be careful about running into people's habits. For example, I always used to activate StickyKeys in Windows XP accidentally because I would either hold down the Shift key for a few seconds or tap it for a bit while I was composing a sentence in my head. I could easily see people accidentally triggering dictation while thinking about something else.
