Does any know of any instances of people running Mac OS X on non--apple PowerPC hardware that wasn't an old Mac clone, and ran natively(not MOL). I've heard of it running on Teron boards, can anyone confirm this? Also has anybody tried it on a Pegasos board?

Darwin yes but not the Mac OS X as a whole. I don't think it would work.

btw Love the signature. :D

OS X still looks for a hardware rom in order to boot. Without that apple only part, its impossible to boot from anything else.

Of cource Darwin would work, it'll even work on x86 hardware. It's not OS X.

Apple hasn't used hardware ROMs in a while. I'm pretty sure they use OpenFirmware.
