OS X Packet Sniffer (Chat protocols)

Is there a good packet sniffer around for OS X? Open source if preferred of course, but anything accessible might work.

Something capable of parsing AIM and/or MSN would be ideal, but anything helps. Thanks,

Wireshark? Requires X11 to run under the Mac. Get a handy self installing bundle here:

I'll give that a try, thanks. I had installed Wireshark through Fink, but it won't find any network interfaces for some reason. We'll see how this one goes..
