OS X Photos.App showing weird alert!

Hey, any of you guys know why Photos prompts me with this (Just did the first time, just as notification). Thanks!

There's a limit of 1000 photos per hour and 10000 photos per day (I think?) when uploading to iCloud photo sharing. You probably hit it.
