Ok, I was just wondering whether any of the "developers" out there testing the new OS have been able to garner any change to the Bluetooth audio stack? The big thing I'm looking for here is volume control, as the iPhone has resolutely refused to do this at any point (it seems that the current version bypasses the volume control, the volume limiter and the equaliser).

Any views?

The iPhone itself has no volume control for Bluetooth devices. I have a pair of headphones (hbh-is800, if you want to know), which don't have a volume control on the device, so they always play full volume when connected to iPod. It'd also be nice to keep the equaliser/limit on, too.
