I know I've seen the UK pictures before - I don't recall the US ones looking like that when I first took the Tiger tour

I much prefer the US version of the menu bar icons - much more streamlined and take up a lot less space on the menubar

Those icons (on the UK page) were the ones originally leaked out in Appleinsider's screenshots. And I also prefer the new ones - to me they just look more aqua. I wonder if they'll show up in anything other than just Mail though?

The UK version shows a pic from before 8a351, the US version is the current look (8a351+).
am i the only one that doesn't notice a diff???

edit: nevermind, i did notice the dashboard icon is weird though for the uk site!

Well if you think the UK site gets updates late, check out the Apple's Spanish site here. It still has Mac OS X Server in it's Platinum days 😱

The shot on the US site is the current version - the shot on the UK site is of a fairly old build

lol

That really is a bit out of date 😀

I REALLY hate the look of the new buttons. I think they look terrible. Hopefully, that will be an option, and not the only look there is. The old look is the more standard OSX look, with the "icon in the toolbar" look.

I like the new buttons, they have a nice Aqua look to them. The only thing I don't like is that is seems mail is the only program using them.
