Is there a better tutorial or a better way that this:
    http://email.about.com/od/macosxmailtips/qt/et_request_recp.htm
to get a read receipt from the apple MAIL app? We dont use it a lot, but when you send an email with contractual things in it, its good to have

ANY suggestions? becauase the thing in that link with the terminal did not work for me.

Gmail or gmail enterprise accounts will do it automatically. They can show it's delivered. Not sure about natively in OS X though...

If you need help, everyone here is able to help. The difference between typing 10.5.6 is very different between 10.6... There are often big differences with doing things between different operating systems. 10.4 and 10.5 have very different Mail apps. Plus 10.6 is is going to be a very different OS release focused on making things work more smoothly and not new features.

But back to your read receipt question... this is from About.com

agreed and some ppl have developer copies of new operating systems so it is an important thing to verify.
