If you manage to pair it you might be able to, but the "plug in with lightning to pair" is only available in 10.11+

Ok thanks, is there a wireless Apple mouse that I can use ? This wired mouse is driving me crazy..

You do know that most any mouse and keyboard will work (?)
Logitech (other brands, too) makes a nice variety of wireless mice and keyboards. And, you could have a decent mouse, instead of the marginal ergonomics of the magic mouse.

oh yea I have them, but I wanted to try the Magic Mouse, I like it so far..

I sent the Magic Mouse back and got a nice rechargeable, Logitech Ultrathin Touch Mouse T631, nice
