OSX and entourage server question

At work we have a PC 'entourage server' 😕 that my mac has to go through to get to the web. Can that PC see what I get upto and does it hold a history log that someone could access later on?

I'm a little confused...

I don't think there's such a thing as an entourage server. MS Exchange Server runs email, and the MS IIS service runs web access.

yes, they can log your activity. And they probably do.
