Since upgrading to Yosemite, OSX will not write to the XD card on my Olympus DS-4000 voice recorder. Hence, it will not delete files when they are copied to the DSS Player software running under OSX. And when the voice recorder is connected to the usb connection a warning displays, "OS X can't repair the disk "Untitled"". OSX can format the card in Disk Utility, but to be usable, the card has to be formatted by the Voice Recorder. In "Info" under "Sharing & Permissions" it is set to "You can only read", with no ability to change the setting. I am thinking this must be some setting or feature of OSX that leads to this anomaly. Any suggestions?
